MeetUp 2

The Logitech MeetUp 2 is the AI-powered, network-connected successor to the original MeetUp ConferenceCam — designed from the ground up for the small meeting rooms and huddle spaces that make up most of the modern office. It packs a 4K digital PTZ camera, a six-microphone MEMS beamforming array with up to 7 m pickup, a 55 mm full-range speaker with bass-reflex enclosure, and the full RightSight 2 / RightSound 2 AI stack into a single 469 mm bar that mounts cleanly above or below a display.

MeetUp 2 runs on the Logitech CollabOS platform and is managed via the cloud-based Logitech Sync app — monitor room status, deploy firmware, change settings, and get continuous AI feature updates across an entire fleet from one console. Deploy in BYOD mode (one USB-C cable from a visitor laptop and the room is live) or in dedicated-PC mode for a fully-fledged Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms or Google Meet room. The on-device HDMI In + HDMI Out, Ethernet (10/100/1G) and Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac) make MeetUp 2 a far more flexible room-system component than the original MeetUp and put it in direct competition with the Jabra PanaCast 50 family at the small-room end of the market.

Where it fits

• Small meeting rooms — 3 to 8 people — Wider 7 m mic pickup makes MeetUp 2 viable in slightly larger small-rooms than the original MeetUp without adding an expansion microphone. Single device covers camera + speakerphone + room control.
• Microsoft Teams Rooms / Zoom Rooms (small room) — Pair with a small-room Teams Rooms / Zoom Rooms compute appliance and use MeetUp 2 as the certified camera, speaker and mic. Logitech Sync provides the fleet-management plane that Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro deployments require.
• BYOD / hot-desking video rooms — One USB-C cable from a guest laptop and the room is live. HDMI passthrough means the laptop also drives the display through MeetUp 2 — fewer cables on the table, less for visitors to figure out.
• Network-managed fleet deployments — Ethernet + Logitech Sync is the right combination when the customer has more than a handful of rooms and wants single-pane-of-glass management. Wi-Fi makes it deployable in rooms where pulling a Cat-6 drop isn’t practical.
• Privacy-sensitive environments — executive, legal, healthcare — Manual privacy shutter + AES-128 device security + Arm TrustZone key protection align with security review for boardrooms, executive offices, legal consultation rooms and small clinical meeting spaces.
