FAQ

  • Do you need access to our systems?

    For most of the assessment, no. Email authentication and network exposure checks are done from outside. For Microsoft 365 configuration, we need read-only access to your tenant — which we can request as a guest with limited permissions.

  • What if we already have an IT provider?

    The assessment is independent. Many organisations use it to validate what their current provider has done — or to prepare for a conversation about switching.

  • Is the promotional rate always available?

    We offer the NZ$ 995 promotional rate selectively. Mention it when you book and we will confirm availability.
