On a managed contract

One predictable monthly cost.

Most South Pacific buyers prefer this device on a managed contract rather than outright. Three things are bundled into the per-page rate.

  • Toner, parts, service

Consumables and break-fix labour bundled — no surprise invoices.

  • In-country technicians

Local service team with documented response SLAs.

  • Fleet reporting

Automatic toner replenishment plus monthly volume reporting.

The P 800 is the high-volume A4 mono desktop printer — for teams that print enough to justify a single-function device, but not so much that an A3 or production model is the better answer.

Features
  • Top of the P-series for high-volume teams
  • Robust duty cycle suits heavy daily use
  • Expandable paper capacity for unattended runs
