The IM C2010 is the entry into Ricoh’s A3 colour MFP range. The engine runs at 20 ppm — slower than the rest of the IM Cxx10 family — but the chassis carries the same 10.1-inch Smart Operation Panel, 256 GB SSD, WPA3 / 802.1x authentication baseline and SRA3 / 300 gsm media handling as the larger IM C3010, C4510 and C6010. That means user training, secure-print setup, fleet management software and scan-to-anywhere workflows transfer 1:1 across the range as your volume grows.
At 0.20 kWh typical electricity consumption it’s the most energy-efficient device in the IM Cxx10 family. The trade-offs versus its siblings are deliberate: a 100-sheet ARDF rather than the faster 220-sheet SPDF, 2,300-sheet maximum paper capacity rather than 4,850, and the slower first-page times that come with a smaller engine. If document scanning volume is heavy, step up to the IM C3010. If A3 is rarely used, the IM C300F (A4-only, 30 ppm) is usually a better fit.
Typical Pacific deployments:
- A small or branch-office department of 5–20 users where A3 is occasional rather than daily
- A school office or NGO that needs A3 colour for posters, certificates and reports
- A standby device on a managed-print contract where the primary unit is a higher-volume IM C3010 / C4510
Features
- SRA3 max paper size with media handling up to 300 gsm — covers card stock, glossy and coated media without bypass workarounds
- 256 GB SSD storage with encrypted secure print and encrypted PDF support
- 10.1" Smart Operation Panel — same UX as the IM C3010 / C4510 / C6010, so user training carries across the range
- WPA3 wireless and 802.1x wired authentication; user authentication via Windows, LDAP (Kerberos) or user code
- Scan to email, USB, SMB/FTP folder, URL, PDF/A and digitally-signed PDF (optional OCR unit for searchable PDF)
- G3 fax with Internet/IP fax, LAN-Fax and Direct SMTP fax (optional)
- Mobile printing via RICOH Smart Device Connector — AirPrint and Mopria compatible
- Compatible with PaperCut MF, uniFLOW and Streamline NX for managed-print fleets
