The IM C3010 is the most-deployed printer in Ricoh’s A3 colour MFP family — a 30 ppm engine that comfortably handles 30–100 user departments with mixed A4 / A3 print, copy and scan demand. The 220-sheet single-pass duplex document feeder is the meaningful step up from the IM C2010: 150 ppm simplex / 300 ppm duplex makes daily batch scanning of multi-page documents materially faster, which matters as soon as your team is digitising invoices, contracts or signed forms.
Same 10.1-inch Smart Operation Panel, 256 GB SSD, WPA3 authentication baseline and SRA3 / 300 gsm media handling as the larger IM C4510 and C6010 — so when volume outgrows this device, the upgrade is engine-only and your fleet management, training and secure print configuration carry over unchanged.
Optional large-capacity paper trays take total input to 4,850 sheets — enough for a busy department to go a full week between reloads. Inline finishing (stapling, hole punching, booklet making) is available when documents need to come off the press finished.
