Highlights

Why the Ricoh IM C6010?

  • 1

Fastest in the office MFP range

60 ppm in colour and mono. First print drops to 2.4 sec mono and 3.8 sec colour. Bridges office MFP and light-production duty without crossing into production-press maintenance overhead.

  • 2

    Sustained shared-floor capacity

4,850-sheet maximum input plus 3,625-sheet output. Multiple teams sharing one device without queues forming at peak hours.

  • 3

Identical chassis to the IM C4510

Same dimensions, same weight, same paper trays and finishers. Fleet management is unchanged when both models coexist on the same floor.

  • 4

Office MFP, not a production press

For true production volumes — long-run perfect-bound books, marketing campaigns at scale — step up to the Pro C5400. The IM C6010 finishes ahead of every shared office deadline.

On a managed contract

One predictable monthly cost.

Most South Pacific buyers prefer this device on a managed contract rather than outright. Three things are bundled into the per-page rate.

  • Toner, parts, service

Consumables and break-fix labour bundled — no surprise invoices.

  • In-country technicians

Local service team with documented response SLAs.

  • Fleet reporting

Automatic toner replenishment plus monthly volume reporting.

The IM C6010 is the top of Ricoh’s office MFP range — a 60 ppm engine in the same chassis as the IM C4510. Same dimensions, same 100.8 kg weight, same paper input and output capacity; the difference is engine speed and first-page times. First print drops to 2.4 sec mono / 3.8 sec colour, which matters for a busy central device where a queue of walk-up users would otherwise build up at peak hours.

This device sits at the boundary between office MFP and light-production print. For central print rooms running curriculum batches, marketing collateral runs, board pack production, or multi-team shared deployments where the IM C4510 would be at its volume ceiling, the C6010 is the right step up. If true production volumes are expected (long-run perfect-bound books, marketing campaigns at scale), look at the Ricoh Pro C5400 cut-sheet production press instead — the IM C6010 is designed for sustained office volume, not production duty.

Everything else carries across the IM Cxx10 range unchanged: 10.1-inch Smart Operation Panel, 256 GB SSD, WPA3 authentication baseline, SRA3 / 300 gsm media handling, single-pass duplex scanning at 150 / 300 ppm. So adding a C6010 to a fleet already running C3010 or C4510 devices means no user retraining and no fleet-management reconfiguration.

Typical Pacific deployments:

  • A 200+ user central office where the device serves multiple departments
  • A central reprographics or print room handling daily curriculum, forms and reports
  • A marketing department producing weekly campaign collateral on demand
  • A multi-tenant floor or shared-services hub where peak-hour throughput matters

Features

  • 60 ppm engine — the fastest in the IM Cxx10 office MFP range, bridging into light-production territory
  • First print under 4 seconds in colour, under 2.5 seconds in mono — meaningful for walk-up users on a busy floor
  • 3,625-sheet maximum output capacity — long batch jobs run without operator attention
  • Up to 4,850-sheet paper input with optional large-capacity trays — full-day operation between reloads
  • 220-sheet single-pass duplex feeder — 150 ppm simplex / 300 ppm duplex at 200 dpi
  • 256 GB SSD with encrypted secure print, encrypted PDF and S/MIME for scan-to-email
  • WPA3 wireless and 802.1x wired authentication; user authentication via Windows, LDAP (Kerberos) or user code
  • 10.1" Smart Operation Panel — identical UX across the IM Cxx10 range
  • Compatible with PaperCut MF, uniFLOW, Streamline NX and Card Authentication Package
